Hello September! To welcome the arrival of September (as what Green Days said), Four Seasons Hotel have prepared various special events at three of their restaurants. From French food to Chinese Sichuan cuisine, everything is packaged into a great package for food-lovers out there.


1. French Cuisine at Seasons Cafe



This month, Seasons Café presents the classic and refined dishes from across France. Feast on a wide range of tantalizing buffet selections focused on traditional and contemporary delicacies from France specially prepared by our native French, Executive Chef Eric Pellen and Four Seasons Hotel Jakarta creative culinary team. Bring your family and colleagues and enjoy the famous Beef Bourguignon, Daube Provencale, Chicken Waterzooi, Lamb Tian and many more.


French cuisine buffet is available at IDR 270,000++ while dinner buffet is available at IDR 295,000++ per person.


 


2. Ribs Sensation at The Steak House



This September, Chef Emirsyah and The Steak House creative culinary team present an exquisite Beef Ribs for you to enjoy. Enjoy mouth-watering 2 or 4 bones ribs grilled to perfection, completed with your choice of homemade BBQ, peanut or spicy tamarind sauce and selection of side dishes.


Ribs sensation is available at IDR 198,000++ for 2 bones ribs while 4 bones ribs is available at IDR 258,000++ including of your choice of sauce and side dishes.


 


3. Szechuan Delicacies at Lai Ching



Savor the hot, spicy and bold flavors authentic Szechuan cuisines that turns up the heat at Lai Ching with a wide selection of tasty signature dishes. Feast on mouth-watering delicacies such as sautéed prawn with Szechuan gravy, sautéed shredded beef with spicy vinegar, crispy chicken with dried chili and many more.


Szechuan Delicacies at Lai Ching is available from 1 September until 31 October 2014, starting at IDR 68.000++ per dish.
